What is the filmmakers Library?
This is the library for anything and everything filmmaking. I really am trying to get any piece of advice or filmmaking tip onto this site in some mini-courses so everything you would need to learn filmmaking is all in one place. I also really just add any cool, filmmaking based stuff, onto here so there is as much information and fun as possible on this little site. I am always open to new ideas on the site but in short, it is just all the information you could need on filmmaking packed into one site.
HOW IS IT FREE?!?!
I don’t care for money in the slightest. As long as I have a computer to work on and a roof to live under I am fine. If I am on the verge of going homeless maybe I will add ads to the site but as it stands right now, I hate money and would rather have people get a crappy experience for free, then get the same crappy experience but have paid $200 on it. If I for some reason go evil and make this paid, screenshot this and cancel me for it because if I make this paid just for the sake of more money in my pocket, I deserve it.
How qualified are you to make this site?
In all honesty, I’m not qualified. I don’t have an oscar, I don’t have 20 years of filmmaking experience (I ain’t even 20 years old yet), and I am not some hollywood insider giving the, “Tricks Hollywood dosen’t want you to know.” But what I do have is creative ambition. Although the site is not perfect now, I have the drive to make it better for years on end and will always strive to make this site the best place for new filmmakers to learn. It also helps that I am part of the community with all of you that are learning so we don’t get advice from some person who was some production assistant back before digital cameras were even invented. And if you think me not being qualified is a turn-off for this site, I have several YT videos linked on every topic from people who are qualified to talk about it. Also probably best to admit I am not entirely new, I got 4 years of experence and have gotten recogition by STN.
